1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect the information you provide in the form: your name, email address, phone number, city and country of residence, the programme you are interested in, your consultation preferences and your message.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) for security and to deliver the website.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your request and arrange your consultation — on the basis of your consent and of steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

To keep the website secure and working properly — on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you become a client, your data will be processed under a separate agreement and information notice.

4. Who receives it

Your data is never sold and never shared with other clients without your consent. It is processed only by trusted service providers acting on our behalf: our website hosting provider and our email provider. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to respond to it and, if no cooperation follows, for no longer than 12 months.

Your enquiry and the messages we exchange with you are kept in our private client register, which only Infinity LOVE can open. You may ask us at any time to be removed from it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). To exercise your rights, write to kasia@infinityloveworld.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our fonts and photographs are hosted together with the website itself — no external content provider is involved when you browse.

To welcome you in the right place — Infinity LOVE in Europe, our sister house Angelina Matchmaking in the United States — your browser checks its own time zone and language settings when you arrive. This happens on your device only: nothing is sent to us. If you choose a region yourself, a small functional cookie (il_region) remembers that choice for one year.

Our hosting provider sets one technical cookie (GAESA). It only keeps your visit on the same server so that pages load reliably; it contains no personal details and is not used for statistics or advertising.
